Atlassian University - How to access free courses

Hello!

I created a profile in Atlassian University and got enrolled in the JIRA Fundamentals Course.

I try to access the course following the steps (please take a look at the attached images).

• My Learning Activities > Course
• Course page > Get Started
• Course page > Launch
• "Loading Course"(...) Blank page

And I get so far. I can't start the course.

I don't know what causes this, if it's related to my account or my browser. I'm using Mozillla Firefox to access both JIRA and Atlassian University.

How can I solve this?

Hi Tiago, for troubleshooting, I would suggest trying a different browser.  I was going through some of those classes using Edge last week and didn't have any problems. 

You could also log a ticket at support.atlassian.com and select 'Training and certification' after clicking on the 'Contact' link in the upper right and see if they might have some suggestions.

Changing the browser was enough to access the course.
