Hello Community member, I'm new to Atlassian software licensing and im looking for few of the below details.

I would appreciate if you could let me know the major difference in Atlassian Cloud Premium when compared to Atlassian Enterprise Cloud in terms of license and billing.

1. In term is license how different is Premium from Cloud

2. Billing process for Premium, like it is monthly or Annually and other additional details if you have.

3. Can we midgrade the Enterprises license to Premium?, yes please let me know the procedure

Additional details/Information is highly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Hi @Gagan Singh Dhame welcome to the community.  Here's a page from Atlassian's website that goes over pricing: Jira Pricing

It also gives you an overview of what comes in the different options.  You'll see Enterprise is billed annually, where Premium can be monthly or annually.

We haven't settled on a user count yet, so are dynamically going with monthly pricing but will eventually switch to annually.

Hope that helps.
