Hello 

I installed jira to my compter. I'm using windows 10 64 bit os.

I get this error since i installed jira

The following plugins are required by JIRA, but have not been started:

Atlassian Plugins - JavaScript libraries (com.atlassian.plugin.jslibs)

i searched it on google but nothing came up.Help me please
