I have Atlassian Jira Software Cloud plugin installed in my self-hosted Jenkins server (within internal network) which used to work and now it doesn't.
I keep getting this error:
Error message from Jira: JWT verification failed. Please make sure you configured the same secret in Jenkins and Jira
The secret is being used as it was copied from the Jenkins for JIRA plugin connection setup.
I have done the following steps to try to fix but without any luck:
How to fix? Is this a bug?
My Jenkins Server version is 2.440.1.
My Atlassian Jira Software Cloud Jenkins plugin version is 2.0.13.
I don't know the inner-workings of the official app, but have seen multiple mentions of this and similar issues over the last months.
Maybe there is a disconnect between the release cycles of the Jenkins plugin and the Jira App, I have seen this before as well.
Disclaimer up front, I'm the developer of the Jenkins Integration for Jira app.
If the issues remain and you are open to looking at another app, then I'm more then happy to show you how my app works.
@Muhammad Catubig Welcome to the Atlassian community
It looks like there was an issue that began around the 8th of March that impacted numerous users. The solution I am seeing posted was to uninstall and reinstall the app. Looks like might have been a fix that went out about a week later. Were you able to get up and running?

I believe it still hasn't been fixed based on this: [JENKINS-73318] Error message from Jira: JWT verification failed. Please make sure you configured the same secret in Jenkins and Jira - Jenkins Jira
Tried to update and do the same steps again and it didn't work still.
