Good Morning Atlassian (Jira) Community,
Ref: Atlassian (Jira) → Internal Server Error?
I trust this e-mail find's you all well.
When I Logon First Thing In The Morning(s) (Around 07:30 a.m. U.K Time), I Open Google Chrome And Enter The U.R.L For Atlassian (Jira) And Then Enter Valid User Name And Password. When I Click: "Login" I Am Met With The Following Message: "Internal Server Error"?
Firstly, What Does "Internal Server Error" Mean? And Why Does It Now Keep Coming Up? I Tried To Attach Screen Print, But Your "Ask A Question" Does Not Allow Attachments.
I Look Forward To Hearing From Atlassian (Jira) Soon.
Kind Regards,
Bas©.
Hello @Bas_
Recently, another user is having issues with the internal server error.
From article: https://www.inflectra.com/Support/KnowledgeBase/KB657.aspx#:~:text=Error%20500%20%E2%80%93%20Internal%20Server%20Error,get%20assistance%20from%20Atlassian%20support. it is stated that this should be reported to Atlassian.
Currently, from the Atlassian status page, there are no incidents being reported:
https://jira-software.status.atlassian.com/
I will be tagging Atlassian for higher visibility of this issue.
Good Morning @Nikola Perisic
Thank you for getting back to me so promptly.
I have reviewed the U.R.L's, but how do I report this issue to Atlassian (Jira) as when I complete the template it just refers me back to documentations?
I look forward to hearing from you soon.
Thank you kindly.
Kind Regards,
Bas©

Hello Perisic Nikola,
Thank you for your instructions, I have followed your guidance, but unfortunately the form only gets to a certain part and then stops displaying the rest of the form?
Please scroll all the way down.

The "Internal Server Error" message comes up when I try and sign on at the start of day. The Atlassian support U.R.L links you sent for the form only allows me to a certain point and no option to create an incident. The images I have attached were all images from start of day the error message and I am unable to raise a incident as the options take me to a certain point then only show documentations.
Kind Regards,
Bas©

I see, are you able to see this page, when you scroll all the way down , also Jira Software is the server category, you need to select the cloud one where it is stating the name of your site.
After you are done with that, you will have:
