I've been trying to delete my organisation:- benjaminyong.sg under atlassian administration:- benjaminyong.sg, but I've encountered numerous challenges while trying to remove the organisation :- benjaminyong.sg

Error message while trying to delete the organisation:-

I would like to add that I've tried to remove some of the products already, but maybe the products is not remove completely - as I am not familiar with the feature of this product.

I would like to seek some assistance on how should I remove the products.

Can you confirm that you have tried removing the products as in the documentation - https://support.atlassian.com/organization-administration/docs/remove-domains-and-products-from-your-organization/ ?

Thank you for your prompt replies,

Yes, I've made some attempt to remove all of the products in my organisation administration account, but I believe that I probably did not do it correctly or properly, otherwise I would have been able to delete the organisation quite seamlessly as with other entity that I've done in the past.

Please refer to the attached screen shot that I've included.

I will need some assistance this area, since I've tried to remove the two products as mentioned. Thank you

I would also like to add that I've tried to delete the subscription for Jira - which I believe is one of the products that I've currently subscribe to.

Can you share the manage subscription screen ?

  1. Go to admin.atlassian.com. Select your organization if you have more than one.

  2. Select Billing. You'll see all the products included in your active subscriptions.

  3. Select Manage subscription for the product you want to delete.

  4. Find the product you want to remove, and select

    1. If you’re on a trial or monthly subscription, select Delete.

    2. If you’re on an annual subscription, select Contact support (you don’t have the option to delete it yourself).

We’ll give you an indication of when the cancelation will take effect. Repeat this process for all products in the organization.

 

If you have done this already, then please remember that "Before you can delete an organization you need to cancel all subscriptions and trials, and then wait for the products to be deactivated (14 days after the cancelation takes effect)."
