We are surprised to see user extension in our Atlassian access.
Could you please help to verify where the licenses are assigned and how we can revoke the licenses.?
@Anuradha Yadav this is probably caused because when you claimed your domain (?) using Atlassian access you had colleagues with emails using Atlassian Cloud products you weren't consciously aware of (Trello is the most common culprit here).
If this sounds likely, there's a bunch of tips at https://www.atlassian.com/licensing/atlassian-access but also as you're paying for a premium service I would go town on getting the support team to help you validate :)
