Hello, we setup Assist/Halp in Teams a few years back with no issues, but it suddenly stopped working. It looks like our account is either completely wiped and not loading correctly when I log into the admin page. Assist will no longer load in Teams either. I've verified that it has all its required permissions in the Teams Admin center. Anyone know what may have happened? Does Atlassian no longer offer Assist?

From my experience, sudden halts in functionality might be due to permission changes, account issues, or platform updates.
Verify that your Teams integration settings are intact and that your Assist/Halp account is active.
P.S. Also consider reauthorizing the integration in the Teams Admin Center.
