Is there a way to round robin tickets, but it goes to certain people during their working hours and another global office during their own working hours
I have 3 people in US CT I want on a round robin during our business hours (07:00 - 17:00). If a ticket is created between 17:00 and 07:00 CT, it would be assigned to someone in Asia instead (just 1 person right now but would eventually expand to 3).
@Amy Gogolew As far as I know nothing out of the box that can do it you would definetely need a plugin to configure something like this in Jira.
The other options that you can try are created a dashboard and order them by created that way the users can assign them accordingly, or if this is for Jira service desk you can try using components and using automation you can auto assign the ticket to the person responsible to the component.
