Assigned User Test Cases not showing up on Zephyr Dashboard

I have two users that have assigned Zephyr test cases that are not showing up on the Zephyr Dashboard. I have verified their settings against other users and can not locate a discrepancy that would cause this issue. Has anyone experienced this and suggestions to resolve? I am currently using Server/Data center hosting if that makes a difference. We are working to move to the Cloud later this year. Thanks in advance for any suggestions!
