I would like to assign a issue to a customer (user which is doesnt have a JIRA Service Desk license, just add as a client), but it is with an error "not able to assign issue to user". What should I do?
Do you need just give it to customer for purpose of response from him?
If yes, then you should have status in workflow like Waiting on customer.
If not then you need to grant JSD license as said @Alexey Matveev
