Hello, I'm in the List view and I'm trying to archive a ticket, however, I don't see the option to 'archive' when I select '....more'. I have the permissions set up to do this. Help is appreciated. :)

if you go to Project settings -> Permissions
Search for Archive. You will see screen like this
This shows who has permission to Archive the issue.
if you need to add permissions, then go to of the screen
Actions -> Edit Permissions.
