Hi there,
i recently updated Jira Server to the latest Version 8.5.
One of the Addons (=Apps) was not compatible, so've clicked "request an update"
Meanwhile, an update for this App is available - it says: "now compatible with Jira 8.5" - but the Message "INCOMPATIBLE - UPDATE REQUESTED" does not go away, thus i can not click on "update"...
Am I too stupid? I have no clue what to do next.
is anybody familiar with this issue?
thanks in advance,
regards

I have found that their latest version "Version 1.4.55_85" is compatible with Jira 8.5.
Sometimes Jira UPM takes time to get the update.
If you are still facing this issue, can you share a screenshot?

sure, here you are >>
Note: We don't deaktivated it because it still works on existing projects. But if you try to use it on a new project, it doesn't. (To be more precicely: It don't let you choose a security field, the window where you asked to choose a security field scheme, closes immediatly then)..

It is now a week later and unfortunately nothing on the situation has changed.
You stated the Jira UPM sometimes takes time to get the update - how long can this be?
