Approvers and Approver Groups in JIRA Cloud Workflow

I am trying to add conditions to certain workflows in JIRA cloud that won't transition a task until an approval is needed. I cannot find the setting to create the approver groups to populate the custom fields available, Approver and Approver groups. Is this a JIRA cloud function or does this require a plug-in or JIRA Service Management?

Hi @Bill Bayer ! As an alternative, you can try the add-on Business Process Manager for Jira Cloud, developed by my team. It allows adding an Approval Step and streamlining any processes that acceptance by another person. Add individual users or groups of users to approve requests in sequential order.

• Also, you can set a behaviour of form after Approve/Reject and make process more independent.

After an assignee submits a form in issue, all selected Users will see Approve & Reject buttons at the Form. If a Group is selected, all its members will be able to approve. Assignees list reflects users who have access to BPM Templates (BPM) project.

The functionality built-in for Approvals is only with Jira Service Management.
