Hi,

Is it possible to link a Non-Atlassian app with Jira?

If yes, how we can configure the incoming and outgoing authentication in Jira.

Thank you for raising this. It depends on the application, so could you give us more information on that? What type of application is it? How is it hosted? (e.g., Is it behind a load balancer, VPN, or firewall?) How do you authenticate?
