We have a problem with our instance after upgrading Jira to version 8.1.1 and changing the application link authentication to oAuth, we are not able to use the application link any more.
The Application Link is shown as connected in both directions (Confluence < -> Jira).
We can link a Confluence Page in a Jira Issue but unfortunately, we are not able to reference a Jira Issue in a Confluence Page and it´s also not possible to use the built-in macro (JIRA Issue/Filter).
Regarding to the oAuth Troubleshooting page [https://confluence.atlassian.com/kb/oauth-troubleshooting-guide-719095274.html] we are not getting any Error Messages in the Logs.
We also recreated the link.
Does anyone had a similar problem?
Thanks in advance
Hi @Raphael Mosser ,
what's your version of Confluence ? ApplicationLinks are only compatible between similar versions, so if your Confluence is quite old it could explain why it doesn't work now.
This was also my first thought where we have the setup with Confluence 6.5 an Jira 8.1.1 but we have a second setup with Confluence 6.15 and Jira 8.1.1 and there is the same problem
