We (our Company) are new in Jira, and have purchased the Cloud-Based Jira, with Servicedesk, Insight and Tempo.
My question is: there are the next Gen Projects, but only for Software. Is there any Chance, that the next Gen Projects come for BusinessProcesses to? Or is there a chance, to bring the Reports from the Classic Projects to the Next Gen Projects to? Because we want to make our Projects with the next Gen Sight. But, for the ServiceDesk, or our Customers, there are no reports zu see the SLA, the Timereports, par example.
Has everyone an answer to my Problem?

Next-gen projects were first implemented to Jira Software and now Jira Service Desk already have some next-gen templates as well.
We still don't know when it will be implemented for Business projects.
Related to reports, next-gen projects currently have three and it will be implemented more. We have some feature requests suggesting this:

For Service Desk, it's possible to create reports, so we can check the report from a classic one and add the same series.
Is there any specific report from a classic project that you need to use on next-gen?

Thanks, it was only a request, because i had thinking to migrate our client-projects to the nextGen projects, but the Right-Management, in the new-gen is a little bit to high vor me. So i let the old-view, and work with that.
Actually, i think the nextGen is more Intuitive, everything, but, there are no Right Schemes who can be used., Btw. i dont find them.

Next-gen is more simple, it's an independent project, that's why that currently there is no option for schemes. So, if you need a more complex workflow, more reports, other types of fields, the classic ones are better.
On the feature request below there is a lot of sub-tasks with the features that customers are asking for next-gen. If there is some feature that is not listed and it's important for your environment, feel free to create one:
