Any gadget that can use more than 1 jira filter and create a report?

Routela_ Sanjay January 23, 2025

I have created few jira filters like :

project in (CLOUDREC, DOC, VDE) AND labels in (sfa, xpe,XPE,productboostteam,CSBug,CustomerSupport, backend) AND status changed during (startOfDay(), endOfDay()) TO ("Code Review","Ready to verify") FROM ("In QA (Stage)","In QA (UAT)")

which is returning me the the tickets moved to code review, ready to verify on today's date. I have few other jira filters as well which shows different status record.

Now is there any gadget available which can use all those 4-5 filters created by me in a report and start recording the number of records moved today, yesterday, month and in year.

Hi, @Routela_ Sanjay

As far as I remember, OOTB Jira gadgets cannot include more than one filter, except the "Starred Filters" gadget, but it lists only the filters and respective issues each one returns:

If you are looking for an advanced solution, you may need to look for marketplace apps. If you are open to it, I recommend you look at Mindpro Insights (I am a product leader at Mindpro). The app is straightforward to use and customizable. You can add gadgets to the app's dynamic dashboards or Jira's standard dashboards. There are more than 50 gadgets you can use for various purposes. Internal dashboards are tied to a main filter and are interactive, you can drill down data by clicking on the chart segments. This will adapt the entire dashboard to your selection:

If you are looking to have each gadget with an independent filter, you can add them to a standard Jira dashboard. You can also link them to a controller gadget to update all gadgets with the same filter. As in the internal dashboards, some gadgets allow you to select the period you want to display data for:

I hope that helps.
