We need anonymous feedback form in JIRA service desk, however the history shows the ticket creators name. Is there an alternate option Guaranteeing full anonymity of the feedback survey if selected by the user.
If a user or a customer logs in to your instance, then no. There isn't anonymity. You could try to grant anonymous access and the creation of tickets by anonymous users, by changing certain settings: However this will allow all users to create tickets. Is this something you want, or you want only specific users (which you allow) to be anonymous?
