Announcment Banner poblem

when I add style text to Announcement my admin menu missing. I cannot remove html text from announcement because I have no possibilities to do this.

When I go to EditAnnouncementBanner!default.jspa I have only set banner as private or public.. nothing else. PLease help me!

If you applied a style, you can go to the DOM / elements via F12 dev tools in browser (e.g. Chrome) and delete that style.

 

If you're unable to do this or you managed to remove some elements entirely, then you may have to shutdown the instance, and delete the banner content from the database: https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirakb/remove-the-jira-server-announcement-banner-through-the-database-429916703.html
