Issues created using the “Create” button up top seem to no longer show up on our board
The same goes for issues created from inside epics
An issue will only show up on the board if it was created on the board using the “+ Create issue” in each column
using a Kanban Board
I do not believe any filters are on
Hello @Albert S
Welcome to the community.
Are you working with a Team Managed project or a Company Managed project? It will say at the bottom of the navigation pane on the right.
Because you said you have the "+ Create issue" option in the board's columns, I think you must be using a Team Managed project. I don't see that option in the Kanban board columns for a Company Managed project.
Can you provide a screen image of an issue you have created that you think should be showing up in the board, that you created from one of the other methods? And can you show an image of the full board screen, showing that issue is not present?
When you use the Create button at the top of the Jira screen, if you have access to more than one project there will be a Project pull-down field in the Create Issue dialog. Are you sure that you are specifying there the project for the board you are viewing?
How exactly are you creating issues from inside the Epic?
What type of issues are you creating?
I have the same issue. The same project and there are no filters in the board. Thanks!

Welcome to the community.
What is the issue key of the issue you created that is not showing up in your board?
Does the issue show in the Backlog screen for that board?
Can you provide a screen image that shows the details of that issue?
When you create a new issue it will typically go into the Backlog section of the backlog screen. You have to manually drag the issue from the Backlog to the Board section of the list in order for that issue to be displayed on the Board view.

Thanks Trudy! thats it.
Is there any way that every ticket goes directly in the board first column (not in the backlog?).
Thanks very much! :)

The only way to ensure the issue is immediately placed on the board vs. in the backlog is to create the issue by clicking the "+ Create Issue" option that shows in the columns in the Board View.
Currently there is no support for automating the move of issues from the Backlog to the Board. See https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSWCLOUD-21481

I have disabled the backlog. I think that now all the new issues will be shown in the board, right? Thanks!

Yes, if Backlog is disabled then all issue show on the board.
