Hi there,
I'd like to add a condition into a transition, only users in specific group can execute it.
However, we originally have an automation rule to execute this transition when it was triggered, and it was blocked after I added the condition.
Is there any way to add another condition, which allow automation to execute this transition? and I'd like to set users in specific group can execute it manually as well.
Thanks,
Jack Yang
Hi @Jack Yang
The Automation app user rule actor cannot be added to user groups. You will need to configure any transition conditions with project roles in order to provide the appropriate permissions. By default, the automation rule actor is in the atlassian-addons-project-access role.
Refer to this info in https://support.atlassian.com/cloud-automation/docs/transition-an-issue-with-automation/
