We on on the cloud, and using Service Desk and Projects and suddenly the notifications have stopped working. Any ideas how we investigate this? Or any ideas why this would suddenly happen and what to do to fix it. This is quite urgent please.

I am sorry you are facing this issue. If this is an urgent case, I advise you to contact the Atlassian Support (with high priority - P2 for exaxmple) for them to investigate the case with you.

Hi Boris, thanks for this. It seems that this was not a Jira issue after all, and we are still unsure what caused it. And yes I did raise it with the Support Team and they have been in touch.

Check the notification scheme, maybe someone changed it for your project or check a Global Settings
In Cloud, it’s not possible to check otherwise, if it doesn’t help, then write to the Atlassian support, they should say what's the matter
