During SSO setup everyone was kicked out and all accounts disabled, I cannot open a P1 ticket cause I cannot login, I have sent several emails to contacts and opened a support ticket on some page that did not require login. We are at wits end here with the inability to contact them when we cannot login.

Sorry to hear that. Unfortunately, when setting up an SSO. There should be at least one account that is not part of the manage accounts to continue logging in.
Did you use the support link above?
It will probably need a login which you can create another Atlassian ID to do so. Possibly a good time to create an account outside of your manage accounts.
