After working thru troubleshooting guide, cannot get fisheye plugin for Jira to function

I upgraded to Jira 4.4 from Jira 4.0 and my Fisheye plugin has stopped working. I get this error:

Repository Scout on http://ao-fisheye-sea.biopassword.local:8060/ failed: Error in remote call to 'FishEye' (http://ao-fisheye-sea.biopassword.local:8060) AbstractRestCommand{path='/rest-service-fe/changeset-v1/listChangesets/', params={path=/, expand=changesets 0:20 .revisions 0:29 , rep=Scout}, methodType=GET} : Received status code 404 (Not Found)

However I can use the link above to browser the repository no problem. Any help here would be appreciated. My devs really use this stuff a lot.
