I am the billing and technical contact of my organisation but for some reason today I reload the page and was logged out from Jira
I tried to log in with my credentials but I get a message asking to enter 2FA details sent to my phone.
I didn't get anything in my phone so I clicked on I don't have access to my phone and then I was asked for an emergency recovery code, which I don't have.
Then I click on send recovery instructions by email but I never receive the email.
I have tried to contact support but I need to be logged in to contact them because Only Administrators or billing contact can contact them.

I was lucky to get access to the 2FA method I used and now I have access to the account.

I am responding to the escalation request from @Valerie Knapp , but it sounds like you are all set and a big thank you for letting us know that you were able to gain access to your system.
But just for reference to anyone else that might run into this thread with a similar issue the following KB article has a good list of initial troubleshooting steps for 2fa errors:
