I am the billing and technical contact of my organisation but for some reason today I reload the page and was logged out from Jira
I tried to log in with my credentials but I get a message asking to enter 2FA details sent to my phone.
I didn't get anything in my phone so I clicked on I don't have access to my phone and then I was asked for an emergency recovery code, which I don't have.
Then I click on send recovery instructions by email but I never receive the email.
I have tried to contact support but I need to be logged in to contact them because Only Administrators or billing contact can contact them.
