Adding to the list of a drop down list for Business Function with Issues

So we added the field Business function when we complete an issue which has a drop down list of department names; however, we haven't done anything to this for a very long time but now want to add in a new department and amend the title of another dept.  What do i go into to get to the 'drop down' list in order to change it?  Grateful for any help .

Admin -> Issues -> Custom fields -> find "business function" and click on the "configure" link for it.  You'll be able to edit the departments, add them and disable them if you no longer need them.
