Adding a new jira software instance to a same domain

Hello I was looking for answers about the way billing will be manged if a new instance is added in the same domain where reside ou current operational instance.

Plus those new requester want to activate SSO with Azure AD for there instance. And from reading around it seems it  only can be activated to all the domain. Any advise on how to be able to keep billing separate for those 2 instances and managed  completely separately if this happens?

What do you mean by "add a new Jira instance to same domain"? 

If you have a jira running on <something>.atlassian.net and you want a second instance, it won't be on the same domain, it will be created on <something else>.atlassian.net.  If you use different Atlassian accounts to buy each system they will be billed separately.
