My team uses Jira Cloud and would like to add the Confluence Page Gadget, but there doesn't appear to be a way to add it to our list of gadgets. Is this not a functionality of Jira Cloud?

The Confluence Page Gadget is for Confluence only and is not present within Jira. There are multiple gadgets available within Jira for dashboards. You can find all of the dashboard gadgets list in Using dashboard gadgets. Along with this you can also confirm the Confluence Page Gadget is intended for Confluence only as well.
With this said, what are you attempting to access within Jira? Perhaps we can find what you’re looking for and assist with getting your team with that they need.
