Hello,
I'm trying to configure the List screen in my project. I want a column to show where I have any linked issues so that I can see my dependencies easily.
I can't see how to add the Linked Issues field as a column on the list screen though.
I understand that the field needs to be in my fields configuration and I can see how to add custom fields easily but as this isn't a custom field I'm not sure how to go about it!
Thanks!
Welcome to the community.
Can you show a screenshot where you are trying this.
Is it on an issue screen or in the list option offered on the project?
I suspect on the List option in the project side bar, and indeed there is no option to have linked issues visible, this also has no relation the the Field Configuration.
You could raise this at Atlassian Support
Hi Marc,
Thanks for the quick response - I'm trying in the List option offered on the project.
I'll raise to Atlassian Support.

I'm afraid that linked issues indeed don't seem to be available in Jira's list view. You can see the list of supported columns here.
Best,
Hannes

... and just to add to the above: If you're open to solutions from the Atlassian Marketplace, you may want to have a look at the app that my team and I are working on, JXL for Jira.
JXL is a full-fledged spreadsheet/table view for your issues that allows viewing, inline-editing, sorting, and filtering by all your issue fields, much like you’d do in e.g. Excel or Google Sheets. It also comes with a range of advanced features - including support for (configurable) issue hierarchies, issue grouping by any issue field(s), sum-ups, or conditional formatting - and works across any number of projects.
Plus, it supports all issue fields, including your issues' issue links.
This is how it looks in action:
You can easily inline-edit your issue links, and even bulk-edit them via copy/paste as shown above.
Any questions just let me know!
