Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

You can "integrate" Jira with anything that has a remote AP that Jira can call.  In the opposite direction, the other system needs to be capable of making REST calls to your Jira.

Other requirements depend entirely upon what you want from "integrate".  What should the integration actually do?

but I am not able to find the Atlassian account settings option on my Jira

What do you mean by "not able to find the Atlassian account settings"?  What url are you trying to use it on?  What is failing when you go to it?
