Active accounts

• Hi we want one of our accounts to remain active but are on the free version for those. How do we make sure that our data does not get deleted and our account remains active while we are in between sprints? This is a question for Jira and Confluence and our overall Atlassian account.

Hi @Ilyse Shuster-Frohman , if you are using a free instance of Jira and Confluence they will remain active. You don't need to use it constantly to keep it active.
