Accessing a Jira URI, but fails to open the URL with error message indicated Hash code 4QLEBN

I would like to get your help and guide me how to fix the issue and access the below URL. look forward to your help, thanks.

A Jira account was done, access a Jira URI as below, 

https://gm-sdv.atlassian.net/jira/software/c/projects/GVT/components

but the error alert information was stated that ‘something went wrong on our end, Hash 4QLEBN -  Trace 7b51ee070c7a40ecb9b93becd61def7d’

Welcome to community :) 

We dont see any issues reported yet with unable to load the components tabs

 

  • Make sure that you are running the latest browser version, which is compatible with the cloud environment.

  • Clear the browser cache so that old information is cleared. For example, in Google Chrome.

  • Run the browser in incognito mode to see if this is affected by stored information on the browser.

  • Manually disable the extensions to avoid any of them possibly blocking the content from being loaded.

  • Try on a different machine/environment so we can discard possible different configurations.

Hi Prachi, thanks for your feedback. I tried item1~3, seems it doesn't work. I will try to reach the atlassian support as you mentioned
