Access to Jira Failed (JiraLockedError)

today we trying to connect to recover our JIRA/Confluence SEN's code
but we can't, this error occur, what's happen?

one thing that we can report is that yesterday we were generating .rar files and copy Atlassian Directories in locally PC (from the current VPS, through TeamViewer, copy/paste) copy paste the folders under Atlassian ...

we do not know why we could not complete the procedure that at some point seemed to stop..

is not that there are open processes that block something?

we do not explain this sudden mistake, JIRA and Confluence have always gone well and we have renewed our licenses regularly ..

You should have a look at the atlassian-jira.log file for errors.

I solve myself,

in my case it was necessary to stop and restart Atlassian Jira process (i think was chache corrupted)

anyway i don't have clear why the process's name of Confluence isn't like Jira process

and it's strange that windows show me this message at stop of Jira service, but i found stopped and I could restart it without problems
