Access data through a data warehouse

Hi there,

 

Management request that we can analyse data from Jira (JS, JSM, JDP) into Power Bi. For that, we want to import once a day the data into our data warehouse. 

 

Are some of you doing this? Do you have tools to recommend?

We're on Cloud, Premium.

Hi @Martin ,

you can do that using rest API provided by jira (https://developer.atlassian.com/cloud/jira/platform/rest/v3/intro/). PowerBI is able to interact with JIRA using rest api.

A second approach is to use a specific app like the following https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1221150/power-bi-connector-for-jira?tab=overview&hosting=cloud
