All of our support team need to be able to remove attachments from cards in order to replace out of date data with new data. Currently we can remove our own attachments but we can't remove others.
Do we all need to be admins in order to do this?
Hello @abi_anderson - it's possible to allow members of your support team to delete all attachments and this can be done by updating the permission scheme.
Go to the permission scheme for this project and find the "Delete All Attachments" permission and then add the appropriate group to the permission. In the Jira Systems settings, there is a Permission Helper where you can check to see the permissions for a users and then it provides insight into why it's working or not working.
