API call into Jira Cloud using Gapps

Hi,

I'd like to make API calls into our Jira Cloud instance to get ticket data, but we are using Gapps, therefore we have no local accounts in Jira.

Anyone with experience authenticating and getting the call?

Hi Jacek,

You want to use the Atlassian Atlassian Cloud password:

Understanding your Atlassian Cloud and G Suite passwords

Once you've connected to G Suite, your users will mostly be using their G Suite password. However, they may still need their Atlassian Cloud password on occasion. Here's the difference between the two passwords:
