Hi,
I have installed Jirasoftware 7.9 , with postgress 9.4, It was working fine till yesterday,
today when i tried to login , its showing 502 badgate way.
and i have restarted the tomcat, and it started working fine and then after 8hr so, i see the same issue.
Note: i have increased session timeout & connection timeout in server.xml, & web.xml
please suggest.
I would be interested to see if we can look at your $JIRAHOME/log/atlassian-jira.log file when these kinds of HTTP error codes occur.
Are you using Jira behind a reverse proxy? Or are users directly accessing the tomcat instance that Jira has?
It might help to generate a support zip. Unfortunately our community site does not permit file uploads at this time, but you could store this to a service like dropbox or google drive and share with us the link to take a closer look at this.
