특정 이슈만 권한부여하는 방법(How to authorize only specific issues)

권한을 주면 해당 프로젝트는 전부 볼수있던데 

딱 하위이슈 하나만 권한줘서 그것만 볼수있는 방법이 있을까요?

If you give permission, you can see the entire project.  Is there a way to allow me to view just one sub-issue?

I suggest you consider implementing an Issue Security Scheme that allows users to restrict Jira issues to specific project roles or users.
