Добрый день . Подскажите пожалуйста как отключить уведомления ( чтоб не дублировались ) самому автору заявки , который имеет лицензию в Jira servicedesk ?
@arhypchik If you go to Administration > Jira Service Management configuration there is a section called notification. There are two options:
You should check and make sure it is marked no.
If it is marked no you should look at the notification scheme on the project.
You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
