resolved time as past

  1. Update all the SFDC workflows to display a screen to capture the resolution field when the issue is moved to end state. So the resolution value and time will be captured. Like 998 issues
  2. If you want to set the resolution value and time to the issues that are at end state, we can do it by updating the resolution field but the resolution time will be set to the time when we update the resolution field. We cannot set the resolved time as past. Let me know if you want to update the resolution field for issues that have empty resolution value and are in end state

there is any way to resolve this by avoiding to capture the current time when we are fixing resolution screen?

we have some tickets that are not bringing this value in the past, we want to fix it but we propose to fix it so that the resolution time will be a current date when it is updated and not the one it had in the past
