Just wondering whether there are any videos outlining how JIRA administration can be performed by UNTRAINED JIRA Administrators like me who has to take care of around 200+ users? Is there any best practice guide and videos for me to follow to configure the JIRA instance that we work with?

I've found videos are of very little use for training admins in my experience - I've taken new admins through various types of course and found that watching sets of long videos tends to teach them nothing. 

Have a read through https://confluence.atlassian.com/get-started-with-jira-software as a starter, alongside actually trying to get things done (in a test system).  The best way to learn admin on Jira is by doing it.
