The progress hover does not disappear in MS JIRA
Issue: I am using Archmage scrum board for my project and the hover of 'In progress' status does not disappear even if i scroll through page or try to create some issue. It stays there
which causes a bad UI experience. Below are the images of the hover that is coming in front of the closed status tickets
