Support-Task admit Story Points value?


Our project included Bugs, Stories and Support-Task. The value of Story Point doesn’t appear from Support-Task issues.

Can someone explain us? Is a problem of Support-Task configuration or Support-tasks do not admit this value (Estimate as Story Points)?

Hi Jorge de Carlos,

I believe you need to configure the custom field Story Points to add other issue types, in this case the Support-task. You should search the Story Points custom field and click on configure. A new page should appear to edit the configuration and add other issue types.
