Slow on the Jira inferface

Hello,

My team uses Jira Software and we have noticed huge latency in the interface (reminder we use it in the Cloud mode) do you know that it is the cause of this problem of slowness on the interface ?

Hi @Jamyson,

Basically if you are having any problem with Cloud instances you first should go to this page, check the status and verify if there is nothing reported

If there is nothing and you are heavily affected try to make a basic step by step troubleshooting . This includes checking other browsers, with other users, and on different network.. If you are sure that this is wider problem you can connect directly with Atlassian Support. They would check your instance and guide you what else you should check in order to reproduce tthe problem or simply resolve issue (if there is any)
