Reporter is not getting "Issue Created" Notification

My Licensed users are not getting " Issue Created " notification when they create a ticket through mail.

When they create a ticket internally,They are getting a " Issue Created " notification.

 

Checked in Notification Helper, It says that User status is Ok for Issue Created Notification,But not getting notification.

So your user creates an issue through the mail, so it's a service desk request.

You would like for him to get a notification that issue has been created?

Something like 

Hello,

Thank You for reaching "company" Help Desk.

We will reply as soon as possible and do everything we can to resolve this issue.

Thanks again for your request and we'll get in touch very soon.

If that is the case, check your Service Desk -> project settings -> customer notification

 

Or if you want a specific group or just one person to receive a notification when the issue (service desk request) is created then check your project -> settings -> notification scheme
