Publishing workflows

Hi everyone, I have chosen the 2 workflows I want to use for my project but the Publish button is greyed out. HELP!!!

Hi, I changed one of the workflows I wanted to use on a project but for some reason the Publish button is greyed out. I've used the same 2 on several other projects and can't understand what the issue is. I also want to change the scheme which should be easy once I choose the workflows. But I'm totally stuck. Not sure why this isn't working for this one project. Side note, we recenlty cloned our Prod enviroment to Test and the project in Test has the correct workflow and scheme I want. So what's up in Production?
