My team is working in Phabricator at this moment. I want to we move to another PM software. Im having doubts between VSTS and JIRA.
I tested JIRA and i need help for how to organize multiple teams, under multiple products with multiple projects,
We have around 230 people AND 15 products. For an example.
1 Team of 15 people that are dedicated to 1 product. They are currently working on more than 10 projects simultaneously related to that product. Some projects are cross products what means that teams from another products need to be aligned if we want to make some projects done.
Can you help me with this.
My plan was to Create One project.
Under that project create multiple boards. Multiple boards will be related to teams that are dedicated to products. Is this logic OK or I'm doing something wrong?
