Hi,

We have JIRA v6.4.13 with Atlassian support now its expired,So we are planning to upgrade this to 7.0.11(Please suggest me if any standard versions) and migrate to a same onprem servers.

Here are the questions I have

1. Is atlassian team ready to support for 7.0.11 jira version?
2. What are the best ways to do the migration using installer?
3. How will atlassian team support for my migration

  1. Yes
  2. Run the installer and answer the questions
  3. They will be able to help you if you have a current licence and you raise support requests with them if something goes wrong

For 6.4 to 7.11, you can just run the standard upgrade, but make sure you work through https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirasoftware/jira-software-7-0-x-upgrade-notes-824352098.html and associated upgrade docs first!
