Jira Software Server 8.2.0. The Collation health check has failed in your system. Edited

I'have a Jira Software Server installation on Windows Server 2008 R2, with MSSQL Server 2012 on localhost.

After upgrading to 8.2.0 I receive a collation error on the DB, I've checked, the collation is correct. Also on the table and on database is SQL_Latin1_General_CP437_CI_AI

Anyone had the same problem?

What can I do to debug this?
